Do I have to be a Gracianna Medallion Club member to access tickets?
Yes. You can review membership options here [LINK].

Can non-members come with me?
Yes. Members can purchase for their guests up to 8 total tickets. Member must be the lead name on the order and attend.

How many tickets are in the Gracianna Block?
Allocations vary by show and venue. Availability is limited.

Are receptions/dinners included with tickets?
No. There is a separate ticket for winemaker dinners and receptions.

What are the age requirements for the concert,  winemaker dinner, and pre-show reception.
For concert, please no children under five or under. There is a 21+ age requirement for the pre-show reception.

How do I get “priority access to seats”?
All Gracianna ticket blocks are priority access.

How are tickets delivered?
Upon your order you’ll receive a confirmation email from RBP with access instructions. Your tickets will be held at Will Call for you.

What’s the refund/transfer policy?
All sales are final. You may transfer tickets to another guest by contacting our concierge. In the event of a cancellation, the full purchase price will be automatically refunded to the form of payment used to purchase the tickets. You can always contact your RBP Ticket Concierge [LINK] for questions and concerns.

Are there service fees?
Member purchases from the Gracianna block have no service fees.

Dietary needs for receptions/dinners?
Vegetarian and gluten-free options are planned. Please mention food allergies if booking a winemaker dinner.

Accessibility & seating requests for concerts
Tell our ticket concierge what you need and they will coordinate with the venue.

What if the show is reschedule/ postponed?
We’ll follow the artist/venue policy—if you are unable to attend a rescheduled concert, please contact your RBP Ticket Concierge [LINK]. Reception/winemaker dinner orders will be refunded if the event doesn’t occur.

I have questions about travel & hotel packages
Member hotel packages include best available rates for rooms (when available), breakfast, and shuttle to the concert. Flights, airport transfers, insurance, gratuities and any other travel-related fees are not included.
